According to The Athletic’s Pierre LeBrun, the game between the Carolina Hurricanes and Nashville Predators scheduled for Tuesday night at Bridgestone Arena has been postponed as the Hurricanes are dealing with some COVID-19 issues.

There has been no word on how many players or staff members on the Hurricanes have COVID-19.

This is the fifth game that the NHL has had to postpone this season due to COVID-19.

The Hurricanes beat the Predators at Bridgestone Arena by a score of 4-2 on Monday night.

Hurricanes captain Jordan Staal has been on the COVID-19 list since last week.

The Hurricanes are scheduled to host the Florida Panthers on Thursday night and the Predators are slated to visit the Dallas Stars on Friday. Both teams have started the season 2-1-0.

Now is thier an “actual” case on either team or is it we just want to take time away! Still can’t understand how Christian Djoos was skating in Anaheim’s training camp, gets put on waivers is picked up by Detroit & put into Covid Proticol, yet his old team & new team haven’t had a case!! Also confused how Travis Hamonic was able to play right away after signing in Vancouver & not having to Quarintine ?!? Seams as though NHL Covid rules are written on Dry erase board & if you don’t like you can change to your Convience !!

Well here’s a shocker,i’am related to Christian & other members of my own family are in contact on weekly basis, not once have they told us yes he “Does” have covid! So is this “proticol ” just a smoke screen to hide players you don’t have roster space for? We saw what happen with Dallas ,why was Anaheim not put into quarintine if he contracted @ or enroute to Detroit? Thier doesn’t seem to be any set rule with “Proticol” and that’s what’s frustrating with this!
