NoVa Caps was established in June of 2014 with the primary goal of enriching the Capitals fan experience by providing engaging, unbiased coverage and content, and to connect and communicate with Washington Capitals fans around the globe. Since its inception, NoVa Caps has become a world-wide leader in timely news and in-depth analysis of the Washington Capitals.

During the 2015-2016 season, NoVa Caps was awarded full media credentials to cover the Washington Capitals. We also provide extensive daily credentialed coverage of Capitals practices at MedStar Capitals Iceplex.
June, 2016
In June of 2016 NoVa Caps launched it’s prospect analysis group, which provides unmatched coverage and analysis of all Washington Capitals prospects. Since its inception, the NoVa Caps prospect analyst team has grown to a team of six, located from Western Canada to Sweden.
