According to The Athletic’s Pierre LeBrun, the game between the Carolina Hurricanes and Nashville Predators scheduled for Tuesday night at Bridgestone Arena has been postponed as the Hurricanes are dealing with some COVID-19 issues.

There has been no word on how many players or staff members on the Hurricanes have COVID-19.

This is the fifth game that the NHL has had to postpone this season due to COVID-19.

The Hurricanes beat the Predators at Bridgestone Arena by a score of 4-2 on Monday night.

Hurricanes captain Jordan Staal has been on the COVID-19 list since last week.

The Hurricanes are scheduled to host the Florida Panthers on Thursday night and the Predators are slated to visit the Dallas Stars on Friday. Both teams have started the season 2-1-0.
