Hershey Bears Scenes from the Season: Cellys

Is the summer heat getting to you and you’re longing for the chill of a hockey arena? Me too – that’s why I’m recapping some of my favorite shots from 2016-17 in a three-part series I’m entitling “Hershey Bears Scenes from the Season.” Welcome to part 2 of the series! (What’s that? You missed part 1 – check it out here.)

Every hockey season has highs and lows, but for me its all about capturing the celebrations or cellys, if you will. Whether it’s a post-goal group hug or a player showing off his signature move, it’s all about the celly. Fortunately for me, I was able to capture a lot of those moments this season. Let’s check out some of my favorites and be sure to come back for part 3 next month!

The boys really liked Paul Carey. We will miss him next season for sure.

Find someone who looks at you like Chandler Stephenson looks at Christian Thomas.

Siller Boy! Who doesn’t love Zach Sill?

Sometimes goal hugs include teddy bears 🙂

I don’t know what this celly is, but Paul Carey wins at life.

One goal, three smiles.

DJOoOoOSSS!

Vitek Vanecek celebrates his win in the final game of the regular season.

Chris Bourque always comes up clutch and gives the best cellys to show it.

Woo!

That feeling when you move on to the next round of the playoffs.

You have to practice all parts of the game – even the goal celebrations.
