When we kicked off the NoVa Caps Charity Challenge, we told you about Best Buddies and the valuable work they do in the Washington Region to help individuals with disabilities. We covered Ted Leonsis’s long-time involvement with the group and the special place it has for former Capitals Coach Barry Trotz.

Best Buddies hosts an annual walk in the fall. Capitals fans might see a couple of familiar faces in this video from last year.
