Hershey Bears Scenes from the Season: Favorites (Photos)

We’re in the home stretch! It’s about one month until camp starts and the boys return to their hockey homes. With that being said, it’s time for the final post in the “Scenes from the Season” series! This last part is just a compilation of my favorite photos from the season.

As I sifted through my photos from last season, I realized I had a lot of favorites. It was hard to narrow it down, but I did. I have the tendency to like portraits more than photos of the play or celebrations, so let’s see what you think!

Throwing it way back to the home opener and the player introductions.

The focus.

When Garrett Mitchell found out VP of Hockey Ops and former teammate, Bryan Helmer, was still figure skating at 13.

The player’s visit to the Penn State Hershey Children’s Hospital was probably my favorite thing to photograph all season.

Christian Thomas and Aaron Ness always competed to get the gang-up-on-the-goalie goal in warm-ups. I think by the reaction you can tell who got it. =)

The Czechmates.

=)
Zach Sill loves pesting the goalies. I think it’s his favorite thing to do.

Future Hershey Bears Hall of Famer.

Welcome back, Pheonix. We missed you, dude.

Close up of the ginger beard.

Stan is ready.

I just think this one’s cool.

I had way to much fun taking pictures at PPL Center. It gave me a whole new place to take photos, and I think they turned out pretty awesome. (I’m biased, I know)

This guy. I’m glad he got to come back.

Hampus Gustafsson in the face off. I’m excited for him to come back.

Travis Boyd is happy.

I’ve always wanted to catch a player blowing a bubble. I checked it off the list last year.

Walking out to battle.

Tongues out for Game 5 win!
And finishing with my absolute favorite from the season!

I hope you enjoyed recapping the scenes from the Hershey Bears season! What was your favorite? Share it with me on Twitter or Instagram. I’m counting down the days until the start of the Hershey Bears 80th season! I hope you’ll stick with me through the 2017-2018 season. I’m ready. I mean I’m sooo ready.

Go Bears!
