Capitals Recall Pheonix Copley from Hershey, Re-assign Hunter Shepard

The Washington Capitals announced Friday morning that they have recalled goaltender Pheonix Copley from Hershey. Copley replaces Hunter Shepard, who was re-assigned, as the Capitals third goaltender for the postseason.
