Images From Day One Of Capitals 2023 Development Camp

While most of the of the hockey world was focused on the opening of the NHL’s 2023 free agency period on Saturday, many of the NHL clubs also kicked off their prospect development camps, which typically follow the conclusion of each year’s NHL Entry Draft. The annual camps provide time for teams to meet with, instruct and guide the next generation of NHL players.

The Washington Capitals opened their 2023 Development Camp on Saturday at MedStar Capitals Iceplex in Ballston, Virginia. Players participating in this year’s camp include:
