Washington Capitals defenseman John Carlson was on the ice before Capitals practice on Monday morning, working out with Capitals skating coach, Wendy Marco. Carlson has been out since he was hit in the head by a shot on December 23.

The Capitals have said Carlson will be reevaluated at end of the month to determine the next steps for him, but he’s still a ways away from returning.
Good to see John back. Hopefully he can be ready for postseason.
Postseason is probably the plan, due to salary cap
I am so glad he is getting better!
