PLAYER FORECAST

If he signs a professional contract with the Capitals, he could try to make the team out of training camp or be loaned to the Hershey Bears, as he turns 20-years-old in August. Twenty-seven of the league’s 32 teams have made head coaching changes since February 2022. Seven coaches have been fired during the 2023-24 season.

What are the odds that the coach of the team that drafted you will still be their coach when you turn pro? What is the chance that there will be two or more changes before you actually play for the NHL team that drafted you?
