Braden Holtby Sells Alexandria, Virginia Home For $4,350,000

According to the real estate site Redfin, former Washington Capitals goaltender Braden Holtby just sold his Alexandria, Virginia home on December 2, 2020 for $4,350,000. The home was purchased in 2015 for $3,200,000. Holtby left Washington in free agency and signed with the Vancouver Canucks on October 9, 2020.

The 4,341 square foot house sits on a 0.46 acre lot and features 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms.

The home, built in 1790, is situated on the 3rd largest residential lot in Old Town, Alexandria, and was the 18th-century inn where President George Washington celebrated his last 4th of July in 1799.




No word on whether the Nicklas Backstrom Garden Gnome was conveyed in the sale of the property.
