Capitals Extend Affiliation with ECHL Affiliate South Carolina

The Washington Capitals and South Carolina Stingrays of the ECHL extended their affiliation agreement on Thursday afternoon. This will keep the two clubs affiliated through the 20119-20 season.

Vitek Vanacek Gets Re-Assigned to Hershey, Kelly Zajac Returns to South Carolina

The Hershey Bears made two roster moves Tuesday morning. First they re-assigned goaltender Vitek Vanecek to Hershey after serving a rehab stint with the Capitals ECHL affiliate, South Carolina Stingrays. In addition, forward Kelly Zajac was re-assigned to the Stingrays.
