Capitals Recall Milner from South Carolina, Re-assign Samsonov to Hershey

The Washington Capitals have recalled goaltender Parker Milner from the South Carolina Stingrays (ECHL) and re-assigned goaltender Ilya Samsonov to the Hershey Bears (AHL), senior vice president and general manager Brian MacLellan announced today.
