Back in October we posted a piece on Capitals ticket stubs, which reviewed some of the physical tickets the team has utilized through the years (here). We also noted in the piece it’s a shame that the physical (printed paper) ticket has gone away, particularly for the more memorable games. Well, it looks like the Capitals agree.
If you attended Friday night’s game against the Winnipeg Jets and witnessed history, and don’t have a paper stub from the event, but would like one, here’s your chance.
The Capitals are offering physical tickets for those who attended the game. If you would like a paper copy, and attended the game, CLICK ON THIS LINK and fill out the form.
If for no other reason, grab your stubs for the financial investment. Stubs from past Ovechkin milestones can fetch a “pretty penny”, as seen on eBay.
The Great 8 continues his climb. 📈

This is awesome! Just submitted mine. Definitely going to frame with a picture of us in the building.
I keep getting a submission error saying that the form doesn’t have a valid URL attached. Any help?
Derek, it just worked for me, but we have heard some having issues.
Here is the url: https://monumentalsports.formstack.com/forms/capitalsovi
Please let me know if you are still having issues.
Using that link, and the comment below about pop ups, it worked. Thank you so much!
Make sure you are allowing pop-ups. Mine went right through but it did open up a second browser tab to confirm it was submitted. The original (submission page) was still saying it was in process.
Thanks DWGie26!
That worked! Thank you so much!
Merry Christmas Jon and NOVA Caps team and participants! Hope everyone enjoys the holiday time!
Thanks DWG, same to you and yours!
