Sgarbossa kind of night. 30 sog. Not high quality or good goalie?
A little of both. Nothing real eye-popping, but a few good high-quality Dave’s. Overall, he’s playing well.
Stingrays played 20 minutes tonight, 0-0. ‘Zamboni malfunction’ suspends Stingrays’ Saturday night game. Remaining 40 minutes to be scheduled. They have another home game scheduled for 3pm tomorrow.
Lol. Never thought about that. No Zamboni no hockey.
Either that or call the HoF in Toronto and get the pre-Zamboni manual for ice grooming. Before 1949, ” In order to resurface the skating rink, 3 or 4 workers had to scrape, wash, and squeegee the ice. A thin layer of water was then added for the fresh ice. This process was extremely time consuming, and Zamboni wanted to find a more efficient way to resurface the ice.”
Another good pull, Fyre. I was wondering about that. I’m sure they could find a way to get ‘er done.
No one but me seems to have noticed that 2 Nylander brothers scored against the Caps organization last night: William against the Caps and Alexander against the Bears. I wonder if two brothers have ever scored at different levels on the same night, against the Caps organization before.
Was an historic night for the organization, but not how we thought it would be. Defenseman hat tricks are certainly rare
You didn’t read this recap. The goals came about a minute apart as well.
Stingrays either got their Zamboni fixed or figured out how to do it manually and Bear Hughes scored one of their goals today. Bear also had three assists in the last previous game that they finished. Not quite the hot streak that he had earlier in the year but still productive.
