Oshie has missed the last seven games since he sustained a lower body injury against the Predators in Nashville on October 29. Orlov has missed the last three games sustaining a lower body injury against the Arizona Coyotes on November 5.

I’ll take “small steps in the right direction” for $100, Alex.
Roger that. 🙏🙌
Oshie’s injury is still a bit of a mystery. “Lower body” but was skating the other day. Probably didn’t go well.
I think Oshie is going to have a long road back. Abdominal injuries (which I assume this is), can be easily aggravated. Best he just sits for a while. perhaps they don’t have LTIR room so he just sits on IR which still frees a roster spot. Salary Cap isn’t an issue unless we bring in another big contract.
I didn’t hear abdominal, but thanks for update. Didn’t realize that was considered “lower body injury” as well. 👍
I’m pretty sure the NHL considers anything from the nipples down to be “lower body”.
He had the groin injury. That all ties into abdominal. Could have a hernia from surgery. I really don’t know. But looking at how he pulled up and injury history, that is my best guess at lower body injury.
