It’s that time of year: the annual Caps Canine Calendar photoshoot! Here are the adorable behind-the-scenes photos we can expect to see in the 2023 calendar.
Partnered with the Monumental Sports & Entertainment Foundation, Capitals players nuzzled up and posed with puppies from Wolf Trap Animal Rescue on Tuesday along with some of their own pups.

WTAR is an established not-for-profit 501(c)(3) business that currently operates to facilitate means of transport, foster, and adoption of rescued pets. The program works to rescue pets who are at risk of neglect, homelessness, and euthanasia from shelters & communities in states of the South.

According to the Capitals, the 2023 Caps Canine Calendar will be available around the holidays. We will let you know the exact date when it is released. All proceeds will benefit Wolf Trap Animal Rescue and MSE Foundation.
