Goaltender Charlie Lindgren will suit up with the Washington Capitals for the first time in Wednesday’s preseason game at the Philadelphia Flyers (7 PM ET, NBC Sports Washington locally, NHL Network nationally) and Zach Fucale will back him up.

The Capitals roster for the first preseason game on Sunday consisted mainly of junior (CHL) hockey prospects, where game 2 tonight will primarily consist of prospects that will play in Hershey this season:
