Defenseman Nick Jensen, who is labeled as week-to-week with a lower-body injury, participated in the Washington Capitals’ optional practice at MedStar Capitals Iceplex on Thursday. The 31-year-old has missed the past three games and is eligible to return against the Dallas Stars at American Airlines Center on Friday (9 PM ET, NBC Sports Washington in-market, ESPN+ out-of-market) based on injured reserve requirements.
