The Washington Capitals announced on Monday morning that defenseman Nick Jensen is now listed “week-to-week”. He was injured last week in the Capitals game against the Boston Bruins.

Jensen tried to go Saturday morning, but after a short skate left the ice before the team’s morning skate.

The Capitals officially announced Monday afternoon that Jensen was added to the injured reserve list, eligible to return on January 28 in Dallas.

The team also announced that forward T.J. Oshie is listed “day-to-day”. Oshie was on injured reserve, but was eligible to return today.
