Snow Place Like Home: Capitals Players Enjoy Monday’s Winter Weather

The season’s first winter storm blasted the DMV Monday morning, blanketing yards and cars in snow and causing chaos on the roads with slushy mix and ice. The Washington Capitals have the day off and for some players, it was a great time to get out and enjoy the snow day with family.

    And more snow day news. Alzner (former Cap) showed his kids playing in the snow in their yard. John Carlson (and wife) were playing in the snow with their boys.
