The Washington Capitals announced on Sunday that right-wing T.J. Oshie was placed on the NHL’s COVID-19 protocol.
Center Evgeny Kuznetsov, center Nicklas Backstrom, and right-wing Garnet Hathaway are also in COVID-19 protocol. Center Nic Dowd and defenseman Trevor Van Riemsdyk are expected to suit up against the Los Angeles Kings on Sunday (7 PM ET, NBC Sports Washington in-market, ESPN+ out-of-market) after missing Friday’s 5-2 win over the Winninpeg Jets due to Canada’s COVID-19 restrictions. Both returned against the Blackhawks after missing four games with COVID-19.
Per an NHL’s press release from last season, the reason a player is listed as “unavailable” due to COVID-19 protocol includes: (1) an initial positive test which remains unconfirmed until confirmatory testing is completed; (2) mandated isolation for symptomatic individuals; (3) required quarantine as a high-risk close contact; (4) isolation based on a confirmed positive test result and/or; (5) quarantine for travel or other reasons.
Oshie has four goals and 11 points in 14 games this season but has missed 16 games due to two different lower-body injuries.
25 NHL games have been postponed due to COVID-19 in the last week. The Calgary Flames, Florida Panthers, Boston Bruins, Nashville Predators, and Colorado Avalanche were all shut down through Christmas due to the virus this weekend.

this isnt the new variant yet. this is just cold weather plus the vaccines only working against severity of symptoms and not doing as much for transmission
There is no Anything ‘getting’ anyone. Why is this ‘Thing’ only happening on tv(and sports)? The tests are inaccurate showing 75% false positives. The reason the ‘tests’ cannot distinguish between a flu and coronavirus is because it is the SAME thing. A flu is not an illness, it is what our body does to release toxins. Toxins develop from bringing them into our bodies by eating them, drinking them, breathing them, or just from stress.
The original name of the FDA was the Bureau of Chemicals. We are no longer eating food, but chemicals. Fluoride is in our drinking water. It is a lie that it is intended for our teeth. Fluoride is a metal that breaks the blood brain barrier and calcifies on the pineal gland. It is poisonous. Chemicals are poisonous. They are put in our food and water intentionally to poison us. They spray our skies intentionally with Chemtrails to poison us.

For example, the word inflation used to mean something, now (if you look up it’s current definition) it does NOT include food nor energy(gas, electricity, etc). Wtf! That is all we are spending money on! The flu used to have its definition…now coronavirus has the same definition…PLUS pneumonia, cold, car crash, …, as long as you write down coronavirus, the Doctor receives $13,000 as a bonus. If that client does, they get $39,000. What’s more important to the Doctor? His family’s financial situation or the random client?
This ‘breakout’ is NOT happening in you family, your church, your job, your children’s school, your grocery stores. NOWHERE…just on tv and in sports!!! It is because millions of people watch them, so it becomes very convincing that it is real. Sports are absolutely CONTROLLED!!! We are in a War! I fight every day to try to awaken people. Get off the tv, and start doing the research of the Facts!

Oshie’s sister in law who essentially lives with them is vocal about being anti-vaccine. I love him as much as the next person but maybe these players need to be more careful about who they surround themselves with. 🤷♀️
