The Nashville Predators and Tampa Bay Lightning coordinated the release of an early look at their Stadium Series uniforms Thursday evening. Nashville will host the 2022 Navy Federal Credit Union NHL Stadium Series outdoor game against the Lightning on Feb. 26, 2022 at Nissan Stadium, home of the NFL’s Tennessee Titans.
NASHVILLE PREDATORS
The Predators released a short video on Thursday, with former Predators’ netminder Pekka Rinne modeling the new threads. (On 13 July 2021, Rinne announced his retirement from professional hockey).

The event will mark Nashville’s second outdoor game after the Preds played in the 2020 Bridgestone NHL Winter Classic, which became the second-highest attended game in league history. More than 20,000 Predators fans traveled to the Cotton Bowl in Dallas, Texas for the game.
TAMPA BAY LIGHTNING
The Tampa Bay Lightning also released a video along with several stock images of their new uniforms for the game. The game will be the first outdoor game for the Lightning, who will become the 27th NHL team to participate in a regular-season outdoor game.
