Alex Ovechkin scored his 15th goal of the season Sunday night in Seattle. With the goal, Ovechkin made Seattle the 17th club against whom he has scored when facing for the first time. He has now, once again, scored against all NHL teams.
Ovechkin’s tally came early in the third period, with the Capitals trailing 4-1. The goal sparked a surge by the Capitals, but former Capitals’ netminder Philipp Grubauer was able to turn away all chances.

My savior this day: we didn’t have somebody on the ice to pass the pucks to Ovechkin. A producer was tossing the pucks at him. You can see that here as Ovi dented my cage with a shot. Turn the volume up, and that’s my Ric Flair-like “WOOOOOO!.” pic.twitter.com/bcgbJ1Tpdz
