Even though Halloween is on Sunday, Washington Capitals players and their significant others are already in the spirit and have taken to social media to share who they are dressed up as this year.

Tom Wilson and his fiancée Taylor Pischke dressed up as Shane Falco and Annabelle Farrell from the 2000 sports comedy film, The Replacements:

Tom also snapped a photo with Hendrix Lapierre, who dressed up as the iconic rock n’ roll guitarist Jimi Hendrix:

Connor McMichael and his girlfriend Lene dressed as a nerdy couple while Martin Fehervary and his girlfriend portrayed a wizard and a witch:

Nic and Paige Dowd depicted Air Marshall John and Megan, characters from the 2011 comedy film Bridesmaids.

The South Korean drama series Squid Game has been one of Netflix’s hottest shows recently. Ilya Samsonov and Evgeny Kuznetsov wore outfits like the uniforms characters wear in the show:

Best costumes (cutest) go to the minis. (Mila Sheary, Louie Dowd and Enzo Jensen)

And last, but never least, the Oshie’s. They never disappoint.

We’ll keep updating through the weekend as more players share their costumes. Happy Halloween!

I guess no news on Ovi’s costume this year. Oh well. My own personal suggestion is….. Nastya should dress up as Jadzia Dax from Star Trek Deep Space 9 as she greatly resembles the actress who played in that iconic role. Ovi could be Worf, the Klingon, who married Dax during the 2nd to last season of that show. Worf’s foster parents happened to be Russian, with the last name of Rozhenko.
