Washington Capitals forward Anthony Mantha hit the 100-career goal milestone Tuesday night when he scored his first goal of the 2021-22 season as the team faced the Colorado Avalanche at Capital One Arena.
Mantha helped the Capitals regain the lead, 3-2, at the 14:47 mark of the second period. Center Lars Eller assisted.

Not only is the goal his first of the season, but also the 100th of his career. The goal marks his second point in three games (1g, 1a).
That goal marked Anthony Mantha’s 100th career goal.

Prior to this game, Mantha had been in a seventeen-game scoring drought, which included playoff games.
