She Said Yes! Capitals Fan Proposes to Girlfriend Ahead of Game 5 on Sunday

Love was in the air Sunday night ahead of Game 5 at Capital One Arena. Washington Capitals fan Douglas Rash proposed to his girlfriend Elizabeth L’Heureux prior to puck drop between the Capitals and Boston Bruins.

Douglas has been waiting a year to propose to Elizabeth at a Capitals game. Tonight was his night.

He bought a signed Alex Ovechkin jersey and put the ring box inside.

She said yes!!
