Giving up a short handed goal on a 5 on 3 power play is disgraceful! Is there something wrong with their focus?
They seemed to run out of gas, focus and everything else after a period.
That goal completely changed the momentum of the game. The Caps had a chance to put the game away, but were very sloppy on the power play. No excuse for giving up a goal when you have a two-man advantage
True story.
That’s for damned sure. I’ve heard of giving up shorties. But almost never on a 5 on 3.
Gahhhhhh! 🤬
After all the talk about the need to address consistency. We still look like last years team.
I swear we look like the Adam Oates edition of the team that regularly blew 2 goal leads.
Could we have a review on all the penalties tonight. Because I don’t think the problem is with the capitals.
