Capitals’ Brenden Dillon Drops the Gloves With Sabres’ Jake McCabe

It’s the first game of the 2020-21 season and we already have our first fight. During the Washington Capitals’ clash with the Buffalo Sabres on Thursday night, Capitals defenseman Brenden Dillon dropped the gloves with Sabres defenseman Jake McCabe in the third period.

The two defensemen dropped the gloves with 4:33 left in the third period. The Capitals led 5-3 at the time.

Dillon scored his first goal as a Capital during the second period of tonight’s game at KeyBank Center.
