Las Vegas bookmakers have just released odds for each of the 24 playoffs teams to win their respective conference titles. The Vegas Knights and the Boston Bruins are current favorites.
The Boston Bruins are a very slight favorite over the Tampa Bay Lightning to win the Eastern Conference. The Capitals are the 4th best favorite at +650 (You would win $650 for a $100 bet.)
A lot of money has been placed on the Flyers as of late, and thus they have been elevated above the Capitals in odds.
Several sportsbooks have the Knights and the Colorado Avalanche even to win the Western Conference at +350.
The latest odds to win the Stanley Cup:
The moneyline for the Capitals is +1500. If you place a $100 bet you will win $1500 when the Capitals win the 2020 Stanley Cup (Or 15 to 1 odds).
The NHL is letting teams open training camps a week from Monday and reportedly set to resume the season on Saturday, August 1 in Edmonton and Toronto in a 24-team Stanley Cup Playoff tournament.
