Madison Square Garden Company Splits Into MSG Entertainment, MSG Sports

Madison Square Garden Entertainment Corp. announced earlier this week that it has completed its spin-off from Madison Square Garden Sports Corp — the two formerly performing under The Madison Square Garden Company moniker.

The sports corporation will include New York Knicks, New York Rangers, Westchester Knicks, Hartford Wolf Pack, Counter Logic Gaming and Knicks Gaming.

The entertainment corporation will include new entertain facilities in London and Las Vegas while operating several venues: New York’s Madison Square Garden, Hulu Theater at Madison Square Garden, Radio City Music Hall and Beacon Theatre; and the Chicago Theatre.
