Capitals’ Practice Photos From MedStar Capitals Iceplex

After a day off on Sunday, the Capitals were busy at MedStar Capitals Iceplex on Monday. The team held their photoshoot for the annual “Caps Canine Calendar” due out on November 27. Prior to the shoot, the team held their first practice since the 3-2 overtime loss the The Carolina Hurricanes on Saturday.

NoVa Caps’ photographer Joe Noyes was on hand for the practice and captured a few images. As always, you can follow Joe’s excellent photography work on his Instagram page (here), or checkout his other work on his website (here).

About Jon Sorensen

Jon has been a Caps fan since day one, attending his first game at the Capital Centre in 1974. His passion for the Caps has grown over the decades, which has included time as a season ticket holder, social media and community organizer, and most recently led to the founding of NoVa Caps in 2014. Jon earned a Bachelor's of Science in Engineering at Old Dominion University, and is a Systems Engineer during intermissions, which has been instrumental in supporting his Capitals habit.
