Images From The Capitals Informal Skate At MedStar Capitals Iceplex

Well, we made it. Another long off-season has finally come to a end, as action with the Washington Capitals begins in earnest this week. The Capitals rookie tournament will begin in Nashville later this week (Schedule is here). Closer to home, the number of Capitals players participating in “informal skates” each morning has reached critical mass, as workouts intensify ahead of next weeks start of training camp. (Capitals schedule for September is here.) In the mean time, here are a few images from this morning’s informal skate at “Club Med”. (MedStar Capitals Iceplex).
