Hershey Bears Drop Game 4 to Bridgeport Sound Tigers in OT (Photos)

HERSHEY, PA — Facing elimination from the Calder Cup Playoffs, the Bridgeport Sound Tigers forced overtime and eventually won the game pushing the series to a Game 5 decision. Ryan Sproul and Jayson Megna scored in the 3-2 overtime loss. Vitek Vanecek stopped 37 of 40 shots and earned second star honors.

With the best-of-five series tied 2-2, Hershey will head to Bridgeport for a win-or-go-home Game 5. Hopefully, they find the same luck they had for Game 2 in the Sound Tigers’ home arena. For more on tonight’s matchup, check out our full-game recap and keep scrolling for photos of the game.

Some two-touch before warm ups.

There’s nothing wrong with the exit sign.

Hobbs tossing a puck over for a fan of his in the crowd.

I don’t even know what’s going on. It’s just two great photos of Pinho.

Sproul’s goal.

Walker almost gets one.

Megna scores shorthanded.

And Bridgeport wins it in OT.

This guy deserved better.

Former Bear Chris Bourque is smiling today. Hopefully on Saturday it will be a different story.
