Hershey Bears Practice before Weekend Games Against Bruins and Tigers (Photos)

HERSHEY, PA — After losing back-to-back games to the Cleveland Monsters last weekend, the Hershey Bears are back at it for a big weekend against Atlantic Division competitors, the Providence Bruins and Bridgeport Sound Tigers. The Providence Bruins are tied in points with the Bears but have played an extra game, so Hershey is still holding on to third place in the standings. Bridgeport is in second and is seven points ahead of the Chocolate and White. The Bears magic number is 14. The push to the playoffs is on!

Hobbs scored in the first round, but Vanecek got him with a glove save the next time.

Nice save, bud.

Another ATO joining the bunch – Dylan Steman.

Hobbs snapped his stick.

And naturally spiked it on the ice.
