Devante Smith-Pelly Plays First Game In Hershey in Bears’ Loss to Bridgeport Sound Tigers (Photos)

HERSHEY, PA — Taking on the second best team in the Atlantic Division, the Hershey Bears lost their nine-game win streak at home. The Bridgeport Sound Tigers are one spot ahead of the Chocolate and White in the standings and beat the Bears 4-1 despite being outshot 38-18 at the end of the game.

Garrett Pilon sparked the Bears in the second period scoring his sixth of the season to cut Bridgeport’s lead in half. Unfortunately, the Tigers’ would score another one on the power play and seal the deal with an empty netter.
