Hershey Bears Practice Before Weekend Games against Thunderbirds and Crunch (Photos)

HERSHEY, PA — The Hershey Bears have tallied points in seven of their last nine games. After five straight losses to open the season, the Bears currently sit at 6-7-0-1 and seem to be in the groove.

On Friday, the Bears took the ice at a chilly Klick Lewis Arena in Annville for practice before taking on the Springfield Thunderbirds and Syracuse Crunch this weekend. If you want to read more about the Bears’ progress over the week, check out the team’s release.

Gersich growing a stache for Movember.

The Aussie is back in Hershey.

Stop the Movember competition. It’s only the 9th and Hobbs already won.

It was a “see your breath” kinda practice today.

Barbs with a muzzy too.

Then practice got WHEELY fun. (None of you laughed at that joke, but that’s showbiz baby)

I’m pretty sure no matter how hard I tried that puck would never make it through the tire.

When Garret Pilon slaps your stick across the ice, all you can do is smile.
