Jeremy Sinton’s Day With the Stanley Cup

The Stanley Cup returned to the United States on Thursday, after spending 10 days in China (here) and two days at Kraft Hockeyville events in Canada (here). Thursday was Jeremy Sinton’s day with the Stanley Cup.  (Reminder, you can find the latest schedule of dates for Capitals players “day with the Stanley Cup” right here. You can find links to each and every “day with the Stanley Cup” that has already occurred right here.)

Sinton was the Operations Assistant for the 2017-18 season, moving up from his previous position with the organization as Hockey Operations Intern for 2016-17.

Sinton interned with the Caps while earning his Masters in Professional Studies from Georgetown University, with a concentration in Sports Industry Management.  Prior to that, he had graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics from University of Oregon in 2015.  He was part of the Oregon Pit Crew while there.

Private Event, Alexandria, Virginia

Sinton held a gathering at his home in Alexandria, VA, where his guests included real estate agent, Jordan Stuart, and his two sons, Graham and Cole.  Stuart works with KW Capital Properties and is Executive Director of Sports & Entertainment Division.  He works on relocations of athletes.  He had shown a recent picture of himself on social media helping Jakub Vrana shop at IKEA, and has also worked with Madison Bowey, among others.  He had also helped Sinton and his wife, Taylor, find their home in Alexandria.

Sinton showed a picture of one of his cats, a Scottish fold cat, sitting inside the Stanley Cup.   He has an Instagram account that focuses on pictures of his two cats, Finn and Theo.

Stuart, meanwhile, showed two pictures and a video of himself and his two sons, Graham and Cole, drinking a blue liquid from the Cup.
