Capitals Fan Fest to be held Saturday, June 30

The Washington Capitals will host Caps Fan Fest at Kettler Capitals Iceplex on Saturday, June 30, with activations beginning at 10 a.m. 

The schedule for next Saturday, June 30th:

Fan Fest will feature the team’s Development Camp scrimmage, the team’s annual equipment sale, a public skate and a photo opportunity with the Stanley Cup.

The entire camp is open to the public (complete on-ice schedule and roster will be announced at a later date) with a scrimmage set for Saturday, June 30, at 10 a.m. All on-ice sessions are free and open to the public.

The Stanley Cup ® will be on display for fans to take photos with from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. Participants may take one photo per person – a group photo or individual photo. All photos will be taken by a Capitals photographer. Cell phone photos and selfies are prohibited. The Stanley Cup ® photo line will be closed at 1:15 p.m., with photos being taken until 2 p.m.

In celebration of Caps Fan Fest, Kettler Capitals Iceplex will be offering $5 public skate admission. The $5 admission fee includes rental skates. Public skate will be offered from 10:40 a.m. – 2 p.m. on the Arlington Ice.

In addition to sponsoring the Washington Capitals 2018 World Championship Parade, this year’s Fan Fest is presented by Budweiser, Capital One Bank, Ford, Giant, Mars, Pepsi, Red River and The Washington Post.
