What a day! 44 years in the making, but it finally came. The long awaited parade down Constitution and the celebration on the National Mall. Here are a few images from today’s parade of champions.

    Great pics. Live in NC now after living in DC metro and Fredericksburg since ‘58……what a great time to be a Caps fan….thanks for the post and Congrats to all of the Caps……what a team effort,

    LOVE the Capitals!!! Congratulations ❤️
    However, did not enjoy some of the pictures that were shared. I just don’t understand why you would share the pictures that contained the ‘f’ word. I’m no good two shoes…but the ‘F’ word is just so inappropriate. 🙁🙁

    I was informed that I could not make the parade because of our monthly managers meeting. Sometimes Adulting F******* Sucks! However these pictures are awesome and make me feel like I was there (I was in spirit sitting in the meeting wearing my Autographed Ovechkin Jersey) and I cannot thank you enough for posting these. BACK TO BACK!

    Jon This is amazing I traveled from Ottawa where I have been a die-hard for 36 years and found myself in one of the pictures of the steps! An amazing memento of (as Osh would say) the third best day of my life after marriage and daughter. #CapsFamily Luc Comeau @HockeyAmor
