Send the Capitals Off to Vegas after Saturday’s Practice!


The Washington Capitals will host a Stanley Cup Finals sendoff after their practice on Saturday morning at Kettler Capitals Iceplex. This free event will allow you, the fans, to wish your favorite Capitals players good luck before they depart to Las Vegas for Games 1 and 2 of the Stanley Cup Finals

Before the sendoff, be sure to watch the Capitals practice at 10:30 a.m. All team practices at Kettler are free and open to the public. After the players exit the ice and hit the showers, they will exit the building at approximately noon.

The Washington Capitals will host a Stanley Cup Final Sendoff featuring the 2017-18 Capitals team at Kettler Capitals Iceplex on Saturday, May 26.

Practice is scheduled for 10:30 a.m., with players beginning to exit the building in front of fans on their way to Las Vegas at approximately noon.

The 8th floor parking deck will be closed. Fans are encouraged to take the metro (Ballston-MU station) and access the facility from the elevators and stairwell located on Glebe and Randolph.
