SCENES FROM PITTSBURGH
Boyd, Walker, Djoos, 。。。 and we still beat them and out shot them
Props to all of the Hershey boys!!!

Woooohoo, Clifford! I told you!
I always knew we COULD beat Pittsburgh, Jon and said so in three previous posts. The most important thing is that now our Capitals KNOW they belong because at last they’ve finally beaten the world champs–TWICE in their own den. And now the remaining contestants for Lord Stanley’s Cup also know that we belong and won’t wilt when the pressure begins to mount.
The Preds may prove to be at least as formidable a foe as Pittsburgh. But if we skate like we MEAN it for a full 60 minutes, don’t turn the puck over or take dumb penalties (and if Holtby and Kuznetsov continue to play the way they’re damned well capable of the rest of the way) I like our chances no matter who we face down the road…
End,
Moi
Great win. Won despite being outmanned.

The NBC boys couldn’t wait to switch to the Pred’s game. Said minimal congrats to the Caps and highlighted Syd’s being the first in line to congratulate ( he was first in line cuz he is the Captain and wanted to get to the locker room first) way to go Caps! What a victory. Holtby- MVP
