HERSHEY, PA — As I’m sure most of you know, the Hershey Bears were mathematically eliminated from the playoffs last weekend. It’s not ideal, but there’s still hockey left to be played, and it’s all about having a little fun and loving the game.
Tonight, the Hershey Bears defeated the Laval Rocket 6-3. The Rocket tied the game up twice in the first, but the Bears continued to pressure, adding two goals in the second and third periods. Copley made 20 saves and several players had two point nights, including Mathias Bau (2G), Madison Bowey (1G, 1A), Wayne Simpson (1G, 1A), Dustin Gazley (1G, 1A), and Travis Boyd (2A).
