HERSHEY, PA – After a pretty crushing loss to the Lehigh Valley Phantoms on Friday night, the Hershey Bears rebounded with a 3-0 win over the Utica Comets Saturday night at Giant Center. Cruisin’ right along into the next one, though – the Phantoms are back in Chocolate Town for their final matchup this season. Hoping for a big W on Sunday.
Check out the full-game recap for more on the Utica game and keep scrolling for some photos.
A very good doggo came out for the puck drop.
But really just wanted to play with the puck.
They eventually got it. 11/10 would pet.
Now for some game action.
Focus on Pheonix.
How many of you are screaming “Clear it, Liam!”?
You see the puck there between his legs – yeah that didn’t go in.
Utica’s goalie Thatcher Demko has quite the reach – might rival Grubi.
Aaron Ness puts the Bears on the board.
Woo!
A pretty play sets up Bourque for the empty net.
Bears up 2-0!
That’s Bourque’s first goal back from the Olympics.
And lastly, Siller Boy nets the third goal.
Da Bears win!
And you get your helmet flipped!
When Zach Sill is a star of the game, you have to include a photo of it.
And your number one star, the man of the hour – PHEONIX COPLEY.
Suspenders, everyone. Suspenders.
