In the Workshop with the Washington Capitals Wives and Girlfriends

Several of the Capitals “better-halves” took time on Tuesday to visit a local arts and crafts studio in Alexandria, Virginia, and even spent a little time dabbling in the workshop as well.  Among those rolling-up their sleaves were Brandi Holtby, Haley Chorney, Nastya Ovechkina, Varvara Orlova and Katrina Connolly, as well as others.

The location, the Anders Ruff Workshop of Alexandria, is an arts and crafts workshop that not only offers classes, but sells retail items, specializing in customized wood-based products.

The AR Workshop has four different locations in Virginia, two locations in Maryland and specializes in group and corporate events.

You can find out more about dates and times for workshop classes and other store schedules on the Alexandria store’s website. You can check them out on Instagram as well.
