The extras that were out there skating: Aaron Ness and Nathan Walker. Braden Holtby is in the starter’s net. Christian Djoos wasn’t skating as he’s still recovering from an upper-body injury.
Following the skate, Barry Trotz gave an update on Djoos, saying he hopes to see him back out on the ice this week.
Trotz said he’s “hopeful” Djoos will be back on the ice this week. Hasn’t skated, even on his own, since he got hurt last week.
