Hershey Bears Lose to Penguins + Team Autograph Night (Photos)

After a quite some time out of the game with an injury, Vitek Vanecek returned to the Hershey Bears lineup. His return ended up being a 5-1 loss, which I know is not the start he wanted, but he’ll need some time to get back into game shape. Following the game, the Bears held a team autograph night, where fans could mingle with their favorite players for 75 minutes. Check out the full game recap here and keep scrolling to see the photos below!

It seemed like there was a lot of Penguins’ scoring too soon in this game.

And a lot of close calls for the Bears.

Zach Sill’s stick gets tangled in the Penguins’ defensemen.

Here you go Lewie.

Intense.

Chance of snow 100%

Just a bear drinking a beer.
Daniel Sprong misses on his penalty shot.

We’ll get ’em next time Vitek.

Hampus Gustafsson signs a fan’s jersey.

Someone found a player card from when Garrett Mitchell was just a young gun.

Adam Carlson smiling with a young fan.

Hubert Labrie smiles even after getting some stitches mid-game.

But first, let me take a selfie.

Even after a loss, he’s still smiling. Hockey players are the best.

There’s my little guy getting his jersey signed by Peluso. He lives for this night. Our Bears are so awesome for holding this event and bring so kind to my kid.
