The Capitals were back at it Wednesday morning for practice and final preparations for the New York Islanders. The Caps and Islanders faceoff Thursday night at Capital One Arena. Puck drop is 7:00 PM.

THE MORNING LINES
Brett Connolly did not participate in Wednesday morning’s practice. He has been out since sustaining an upper body injury in the Vancouver game last Thursday (10/26). Connolly underwent “Concussion Protocol Screening” following the game against the Canucks.
