Papa John’s Pizza is one of the major sponsors of the Capitals and captain Alex Ovechkin is one of the company’s most famous endorsers. Last season, Ovechkin was featured in a local commercial for the company that featured him reflecting on his “childhood dream” of being a delivery man. While training camp is about to begin, Ovechkin has already been working on the latest Papa John’s commercial.

Last season, Ovechkin surprised residents of my hometown of Sterling, Virginia, with deliveries of his “Ovechkin’s Wish Special“. The Great Eight’s latest television ad for the famous pizza company has yet to be released, but fans are getting a sneak peek with the release of some photos from the shoot.
