Nicklas Backstrom and Sebastian Aho Shoot Warrior Spot in Finland

Washington Capitals’ centerman Nicklas Backstrom was is Helsinki, Finland on Thursday to shoot a promotional video for Warrior Hockey. 

The video included Backstrom and Carolina Hurricanes young phenom, Sebastian Aho, dueling on the ice in full Warrior Hockey gear. The spot was filmed at the Jahaal Warrior Arena in Helsinki.

During a break in the filming, Backstrom and Aho spent some time at the local Warrior Hockey retailer.

 

Aho, who hails from Rauma, Finland, scored his first two NHL goals against the Capitals on November 12th, 2016, in a 5-1 Hurricanes victory in Raleigh.

The promotional video is set to be released before the start of the coming season.
